Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all service contracts between Turivus (Fabian Dubach, Switzerland) and its clients.

2. Services

Turivus provides consulting and implementation services in the field of Agentic AI and AI security. The exact scope of services is defined in a written proposal or project contract.

3. Compensation and payment terms

Prices are quoted in CHF excluding VAT. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. In case of late payment, default interest of 5% p.a. is charged.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to keep confidential all information received in the course of the cooperation. This obligation continues beyond the end of the contractual relationship.

5. Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).

6. Limitation of liability

Turivus is liable only for gross negligence and intent. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property and exit

All work results created within a project become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Turivus retains the right to use anonymised case studies. On project termination, Turivus hands over all artefacts (code, configuration, architecture documentation, runbook) within 4 weeks against day rate, without lock-in mechanisms.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Turivus in Switzerland.
